I ordered a mini nova clearomizer from wickedeliquid.co.uk

On arrival it was clear it was faulty as it leaked everywhere. On further inspection I realised it was a fake. The website clear stated that they only sell genuine premium products and they even confirmed this via email but this was obviously not the case.

I had previously purchased 2 Kanger EVODs from wickedeliquid.co.uk and these worked for only 3 days before giving up. I thought this was just bad luck but now after looking closely they are also knock-offs too.

I contacted them the same day as receiving and they flat out refused to refund me because the mini nova was now used - even though it was faulty from the get-go.

They have ignored all further correspondence and efforts at a resolution. I have now sent a formal letter of complaint demanding a refund. I have also reported them to trading standards who have agreed they are in the wrong and will be reported.

I do not recommend using this store because they are falsely advertising fake items and refusing to refund if they are faulty. This is the reason for this review.
