I purchased a DVP65 device. Upon receipt the V/W - or minus button was not present, just an empty hole. Without a way to adjust the V/W the unit was useless. I contacted the vendor via their website email system. The vendor offered me a $10 refund. I paid over $40 for the item. I again contacted the vendor twice more, explained that the unit did not work and that I wanted to return the unit for one that worked.
