Will a 510 passthrough work with an eGo atomizer, carto, etc...

It should. The ego is a 510 type. The only thing is the mega ego atty has a cone built in that may (unlikely) interfere with a few PTs.

Should not be any problem....Been using and interchanging the Ego battery with all 510 stuff,,,,except the charger of course....Enjoy the Adventure...

Janty sells a USB battery for the eGo, charge and puff at the same time... mine's in the mail.
