It actually only holds the 1 charging battery. The 3 other holes are for 2 cartridges and 1 atomizer/cartridge. The only problem I see with only having 1 complete setup is if your battery completely dies 100% permanently (which hopefully wouldn't happen).

Juicy97, I love that case. It's fairly thin, though, so if he's picky about dents it might not be good. Of course, it's also cheap enough to replace occasionally.

Looking the the various PCC's (Personal Charging Cases) out there, and they all seem to hold 1 battery and 1 atty. To me, I would think a PCC should hold 2 batteries, so that you can get your whole setup in the case for when you go out. I really want one, but I am trying to get away from having a loose cig in my pocket. If they held 2 batteries or even 1 full e-cig and an a charging battery, I would think they would be about perfect...

Just an FYI, the PCC for the J118 or Litecig's VX2 carries 2 batteries. Charges 1 and carries 1 - 4 carts and an atty. I got mine when they first came out so I had to mod for the manual button, but it was really easy to do. ;)

check out the revolver - the kit comes with a pcc, two attys, and two battys. It's a 401 clone but the pcc holds the batty being charged, a complete cig, a spare atty and two spare carts.

i got the revolver its actually like a smaller 401, i guess, but still hits like a full size one. but actually it holds one battery being charged, one full cig, and 4 carts(1 can have a second atty on it)
