I get a fantastic throat hit from this "mystery" bottle I was given of a tobacco base, mixed with brandy... Since then, Ive ordered about 10 different kinds of e-juice, none of which can compare with the TH Im getting from the other bottle.

So, im wondering, I just ordered some juice, and seeing if you all have similar setups and experience, or opinion.

I have a Riva, 510 atty, and have ordered from FSUSA - PurCig at 18mg, 50/50 mix.... Also Ive ordered a Brandy flavor, 18mg also, 50/50 mix...

My real concern here is that im not going to get a decent TH from this... I keep feeling like I need to go more PG... any thoughts?

PG and nicotine content make up the TH to a certain point. FSUSA's specialty juices are all 50/50 with no option to change that. Do you have any pure grain alcohol, vodka, and a 3ml empty bottle? If yes, take some of your juice and pour into the bottle, now add a couple drops of alcohol to it. Try it and see if the TH is better. I like smooth flavors with no TH but I cleaned an atty one time with PGA and didn't rinse it too well. WOW is all I can say. Like to have burned my tonsils out.

In my opinion, juice is definitely the variable with throat hit, along with a higher PG percentage and nic content. I usually order 70 to 80 percent PG as a rule. I find that Backwoods Brew juices have a big throat hit. Try his caramel cappuccino. Also, LR atomizers around 2.0 ohm will work nicely on your Riva, and will warm up the juice a little.

Now, if you really want throat hit try 5 volts. I have an extra 5 volt box mod if you are interested in it. Definitely more vapor, and bigger throat hit, and a box mod is the cheapest way to experience 5 volts.

Werd... Just seeing if anyone has this set up, and tried out these specific flavors and what their experiences were. Ive been doing my homework with TH, and the items associated with it. If these dont get me the desired effect, Ill begin to experiment... thanks :)

PM Sent... I am in the market for a 5v mod, and see that as a good way to ensure good TH... Im still in the experimentation phase, and have for a fact found out that a significantly higher VG content directly effects TH, I got a 100% or close to... sample of juice, and it had absolutely 0 TH... so with that, im slowly getting the knowledge I desire a few dollars at a time! :)
