That's the spirit folks. I do not want to pee on your success, I am just being upfront with you with what may lie ahead. As stated, if I can do it so can you :) Keep those chins up!

Thanks for the words of wisdom Switched ! I think because of the relative ease many of us did switch from analogs to vaping its easy to think that we're forever past the urge to have an analog but for most of us that's not the truth. Most of us will always have times pop up that we "want" a cigarette. What we choose to do when that urge appears is all that is important to not returning to smoking.

I'm at 6-8 mg nic for most of my day now (some days for the entire day) with the occasional need for 12 or even rarely now 18 mg for a short vaping session. For me, I realize that I'm not yet ready to go that next step to o nic. When I do feel I'm ready to try it will still be with having o nic part of the day and 6-8 nic other parts until hopefully the 0 nic takes over more and more of my vaping time. Its the same process I've used to get to 6-8 mg down from the 20 mg I started with all of the time. I dont' see this as a quick process but one that will take time and will likely have many moments of occasional higher nic need before those completely disappear.

Hey I love your attitude, and wish you all the best. The thing we need to remember we never became a 1pk+/day smoker overnight neither. In my case 41 years. So I don't expect to do it overnight neither. But it is reassuring that vaping is keeping me smoke free. IMHO that is the important thing. When will I get to zero nic? When I get there. Hopefully within the next 1.5 yrs or so, and if not, when I am ready.
