Circuitry is NOT my strong suit (understatement)

Is the output strong enough to power an atty for a mod?

- Output: DC5V/400mA
If so, or if not, what output should I look for when browsing candidates for a mod?

Thanks

5volts 400ma is way underrated even a high resistance atomizer will suffer voltage drop with only 400ma. For 5 volt vaping you want at least 2 amps , 3 amps really would be better to get true 5 volt vaping. A 2.2 ohm atomizer @ 5 volts needs 2.27 amps to maintain 5 volts. Best way to find out what you need is measure the Ohms on your favorite atomizer then go to this site and enter the voltage and ohm on the third line it will give you the amps that atomizer will require Ohm's Law Calculators
