I wonder how long the FDA will allow Nutrisystem to get away with these claims?
  • Lost 16 times more weight
  • Lowered blood sugar levels 5 times more
  • Lowered A1C by 0.9
  • Lowered total cholesterol level by 44.7
  • Lowered triglycerides level by 44.7 mg

Cheerios got blasted for making fewer claims than this. Again, more food that will probably get warned for being a drug. Is the FOOD and DRUG Administration confused?

I hope not either, but they are showing that they are confused about what is food and what a drug is. They can't seem to accept that some foods work just as well as drugs and if healthy foods were consumed (I can't stand healthy foods, I would starve!), not as many drugs would be needed.

<sarcasm> But, you know, only drugs can prevent disease! </sarcasm>
