I would like to know the answer to this as well. I know they're not compatible with the old 510 though...

I would definitely like to be able to buy the long stainless pin by itself. I think the reason Rob might be hesitant to sell it separately, is that it needs to be pressed in to the new insulator. A simple task if you have an arbor press, which I do, but most folks probably do not.

Hopefully Rob will shed some light on this today. :)

Well i can hope. I do need some :D
Rob doesn't have the old style center pins and insulators for 510's listed separately, I contacted him and he invoiced me for a couple. I can't speak for him, but assume if he has some on hand he would do the same for the new ones for you as well...

I could be wrong here. but I think she is talking only about the actual nipple that screws onto the post keeping the firing pin in place...

If you talking about the whole center post in the new 510 there pressed in . I made a special piece to keep them strait when there being pressed in . Even a guy with some skills would mess a few up before he got feel for pressing these in .
I like the sound of this, Probably been posted somewhere already, but what's the timeframe and cost of sending in old mods for a retro-fit ?
