Will vendors exchange liquid that wasnt obviously mixed right?

I received a 5mL bottle of the RY4 about 2 weeks ago and loved it so much I figured I'd order more. I got a 30mL bottle of it today I was so excited I ripped the package open to find it doesnt taste right at all. I know it isnt my equipment and dont think its my taste buds because all my other flavors taste normal. I just think that either it wasnt mixed right or its just a completely different flavor labeled as RY4.

I'm guessing the vendor will just say "everybody has different tastes yadda yada yada" Which is understandable. Do you think itd be worth it to try?

I've had a couple issues with juice and the vendors were extremely nice about it. Contact them and see what they say.

Did u let it steep at all? A 5 ml bottle may not need to steep at all but bigger bottles that are 30 mls may have to steep for awhile...

+1 ..................or just contact vendor and see what they say in regards to steeping or returning...they can tell ya more than we can!!!!!!!!
