Does anyone knows the approximate temperature of the wire in cartomizer? Let's say a Boge 3.0 running on a Provari at 4.8 V.

Well for one thing your question is much too vague. There are tons of 'Pizzas' out there, are they all the same?
It would also appear that lotsa VG might raise the temperature.
VG's boiling point is ~554F, with a Vapor Density of 3.1
PG's is ~370F, with a Vapor Density of 2.62
