Wisemec Releaux DNA 200 issue

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place mods please feel free to move.

My brother was using his Releaux yesterday and one second it was working perfect and the next time he tried to take a hit.... Nothing. It wouldn't fire, the screen would not come on and all around nothing.

Tried plugging it in and letting it sit a minute. Tried new batteries. Tried about everything we could think off. Did some research on it and found that the dna comes with a fuse. The only thing that I am not sure of is that some say that when it is plugged in the screen will come on. That makes no sense to me but just trying to figure this out. He has contacted Wisemec but was hoping to see if anyone had any help because I have a feeling they will take forever.

it could be down to the batteries not being a high enough amp rating or the resistance of the attie might have made it go into safety shut off mode try taking the batteries out plugging the usb into your computer and try to update the firm ware while holding up and down buttons together then update firm ware to the latest version. ( or it could be a dodgy mod)

The batteries were never a problem before but I will definitely get him to try the reset method. Thanks you for your help. I will update when we find out something.

maybe one of the batteries is loose.

Pulled them out and put them back in. Even tried another set of know good batteries.
