When ever I mix up a new batch of juice, after using the juice me up calculator, I write it down in my kindle paperwhite, so that when I go in to the lab, I can read the volumes and mix away. And I always note the recipe format as 9% Flavor X 3% Flavor Y 80% VG 12mg nic, This way if it is a rock solid ADV, I can punch the numbers into the juice calculator and reproduce the juice in a larger batch. Just mixed up a 100ml batch of Captain Blacks Cinnful Danish, which is the best vape I've ever experienced, even non smokers want a taste of the delightful smell. The first rule of DIY mixing is to take good notes so that you can recreate your masterpiece. Second rule is don't loose your notes. lmao.

I love experimenting too. I keep a running list in Excel with what I have in each tank and then when I add stuff I add it to the list as flavor 2, flavor 3, etc. I also have a clean area on the desk in front of me that I use to temporarily sit the flavors I'm currently playing with so I know what I just picked up and put back down. Maybe you could try one or both of those methods? Neither technique helps much with ratios, but at least it narrows it down.
