Wish there was a "My Posts" tab right next to the "Forum" tab

I see this mentioned a lot and many new folks don't know how to find their posts after they have posted. It would make it so much easier for them if there was a "My Posts" tab at the top, right next to the "Forum" tab.

Hover over what's new, pick my posts. It not all that time consuming really.

but it was so much easier before the upgrade. if you're constantly going back and forth, that extra click adds up

The new folks don't know they can click "New Posts" or their blue hyperlinked name to find their posts.

it used to have its own button before the upgrade but not anymore. in all fairness, i believe there is a thread someplace that explains the layout of the forum, atm i can't remember where exactly but it's probably in one of the stickies. new members need to take the time to get familiar with ecf and/or ask or explore. this forum is now so big that it will take doing some homework to navigate.
btw my preference would be to have the 'my posts' button right where the facebook button used to be
