I'm sure you probably could but it's not recommended. It would be better if you get extra batteries and a stand alone charger.

I think the rx mini has an internal battery, so an external charger isn't an option. I checked Wismec's site and it doesn't say anything about passthrough charging. I wouldn't risk it. You might find more information in the manual, but even when passthrough charging is available most manufacturers (and people knowledgeable about batteries) don't recommend it.

Welcome and glad you joined. Could check with Wismec concerning vaping and charging at the same time.

Very few (if any) modern mods have actual passthrough vaping. The usb current simply isn't high enough for it. What many mods have is vape-while-charging, where the mod pauses the charging while the fire button is pressed (if everything is working correctly). It's possible that it could stress the battery more so I'd advice against vape-while-charging.
