Wismec tinker 2 problems

Hi. Not sure if this has been answered before, but I looked all over and can't find an answer. I have a wismec tinker2 which I have owed for a few months. Now all of a sudden its not discharging the battery properly. One goes completely flat while the other shows full. Which this happens even when not in use. I have updated it and got some brand new 25r but still the same. I charge them in 4 bay charger and the batterys work in other mods. Thanks for your time.

I would check and clean and your battery contacts and see if that helps. If not then it sounds broken to me.

Could contact:
Local B&M vape shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor may help).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

Thanks for the reply. I have cleaned the battery connectors that hasn't helped. I have emailed wismec still waiting on a reply. I will pop to my local vape shop see if they can have a look. Thanks

If the mod's fully discharging one of 2 batteries while sitting idle I'd be very careful doing any more tests. Take the batteries out and get pro help.
