I was about to order some products from Wizard Labs, and during checkout I found that the only payment option was PayPal. Apparently I cannot use my credit card to purchase from them, but must instead go through PayPal, and I do not want to. Why should I have to go through them instead of just using my credit card like everywhere else? I don't understand. Do they get some kind of kickback from PayPal? There must be some reason for this, but I can't think of what it would be.

I wrote them at Wizard Labs, asking about this, but so far no answer. Anyone know why this is?

You can pay with a credit card through PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account.

Just like Visa and MC PP also offers CC processing for web based merchants, usually much cheaper then other processing companies. you dont need an accout it will ask for your CC number like any other service.

going through a PP service actually adds another layer of fraud protection to the transaction.

Pretty sure it's because of the age restriction laws. They didn't do cigars for the longest time and now only do the biggest 1 or 2 web sellers like CI and maybe Famous. They don't do alcohol dealers either. I'm sure they're protecting themselves from possible hassles if a kid get ahold of their parents cc and orders something.

Wizard labs is a recognized laboratory supplier. They sell all kinds of lab equipment and chemicals. They are not an ecig company ;)

I realize that, Ken, but their main product is liquid nicotine base. I'm seeing a kind of philosophical disconnect in their policy, is all I'm saying... (Sort of like Amazon, which won't sell nicotine products* but will sell everything else connected to ecigs.)

*Oh, except nic gum, patches, and lozenges, of course...

:offtopic: I think we need to alert Stan Glantz about these: Amazon.com: Lot 24 Puff Cigarettes: Toys & Games (I am shocked!)
