Wondering if anyone has modded a pcc

Wondering if anyone has modded a pcc to enable it hold a small bottle of juice instead of the extra cart?

I can't for the life of me find it, but I know someone dremeled the extra holes into one big compartment for juice and whatever else. He lined it with felt to make it pretty. It can be done no problem. Maybe someone will be able to find the thread.
