Since i live only about thirty miles from the border, and am working on getting a passport. Can i enter Canada with nic juice? Do i need to take any precautions? I'm planning at the very least to see your side of glacier park, and would like to see much more. Thanks

From what I've seen and heard it is up to the customs officer you get. Everyone I know have been able to take multiple flights over the border and came back with a decent amount of ejuice. I don't know anyone that has driven over the border, but from the stories they told me they declared they had ecigs, but didn't mention the juice in their checked baggage. As far as I have been able to decipher it's dependent on how you are or what Customs official you get. The worst stories I heard was that is was confiscated or they were forced to pour it out.

If you only have personal quantities and not a huge stash you should be fine. Make sure your bottle(s) have the appropriate poison labels on them.

Up to the customs person you deal with though of course. If they are having a bad day they can have your car dismantled if they feel like it :p

If you do make it over the border and end up loosing your juice let me know and I will try to help you out. If you are coming through AB, It's all in the 12 - 18 mg range (mostly 18) but I would hate to see an ecig user get stuck in a rut.

It’s only legal to bring across if you are an American citizen. If you are Canadian it is illegal to import nic juice over 4 mg per dose regardless of the amount. That’s not to say they will always find it, care if you have it or even understand what it is.

The trouble is they have not defended what a “dose” is with liquid and they typically default to how many mg of nic is in each millilitre of juice.
I for one don’t vape a millilitre of juice in any 5 min siting (or the time it would take to have an analog) so if I’m using a 12mg per ml juice and using say .2 ml per “dose” this is way under their guideline.

Trouble is we can’t argue this logic with illogical people.
