Starting threads in the classifieds Forums requires that you be:
Super Member - 300 posts OR,
ECF Veteran (1 year on ECF) OR,
Supporting Member OR,
Verified Member
Membership status

All registered members can reply to a thread in the classifieds. Please be aware that member titles/ranks update hourly at approximately 25 past the hour.

Examples:
if you made your 300th post at 11:26 you will granted access to post new threads at approximately 12:25.
If you made your 300th post at 11:05 you will be granted access to post new threads at approximately 11:25
If you still cannot post a new thread, log out of ECF, clear cookies and cache, then log in. You should then be able to post a new thread.

OTOH I would presume that, after 5 posts & 1 hr (when you're able to post elsewhere on the Forum) you would also be able to *respond* to posts in the Classifieds. If that is the case, the O.P. could keep an eye open for posters looking to buy the item(s) he has to offer and respond to that post. Is that correct?
