Well, my kit arrived one day earlier than the tracking info said it would. Woo Hoo!!! However, I clearly ordered the Riva 510, but the box says the eGo. I don't really care one way or the other. Aren't all 510 parts interchangeable anyway?

I have to say, I got a little buzz going on. I have only hit it a couple times, but I feel really light headed. Is this normal in the beginning, or a sign that my liquid is too strong? I got 18 mg, 70/30 blend just to test the waters. I figured I would need a heavier nic content since I am such a heavy smoker. Is there anything I can use around the house to dilute it?

I plan on ordering some DIY liquid stuff soon, but I wanted to make sure I like this thing before I put too much money into it.

I new too but u can dilute with vg from wal-mart read around the forums lots of info about it

Thanks for the info. Sorry, I am still suffering from information overload. Now that you mention it, I think I may have read about buying vg at the grocery store. I just forgot about it. What is vegetable-glycerine used for? In other words, where would I look for it?

Health and beauty,its a skin softener.Humco glycerin.

Walmart carry Humco brand Glycerin near the rubbing alcohol and Humco says their is all-vegetable so that means it is VG. You can also go to a Michaels Craft store and there is a cake decorating section where you will find Wilton's vegetable glycerin.

Random brands of glycerin in stores may contain animal fats and not be good for vaping.

Im not sure what it it used for Other than Ecigs but I do know you can find it in the health and beauty section of walmart.

18mg may be too high. Yes all 510 is interchangeable. Are you getting a headache, upset stomach, or dizziness? If so, you need to lower your nic. Gald you like your kit and welcome to ECF.

I saw some VG at Michaels the other day, it was more than $2 for around 2 ounces I think. I have seen bigger quantities for less online, so look around. I know bluemist has some VG, like $5 for 5 ounces and they have a pretty good sample pack of juice too. Its like 5 10ml bottles for $20.

No headache or upset stomach. Not really dizzy feeling, like the room is spinning or anything. Just really light headed, like I just took a bunch of deep breaths and then stood up too quickly.

When I first got my kit, I vaped myself into a zombie just because it was so great. I don't necessarily think the nic is too high....it's just that you're probably going to overdo it a little because it's a new toy. I loved that foggy "lost weekend" when it was brand new. Just back off a little now and then. As long as your not getting sick, enjoy. Your body will be going through lots and lots of changes...some to do with the vape, but more to do with quitting smoking. You'll hit your stride pretty quickly. Maybe order some juice in 12mg and some of the same juice in 18mg then you can mix them to anywhere in between.

It really sucks living in the smallest town in the entire US. Our Wal-Mart does not carry vegetable glycerin. I spent over an hour looking over the shelves. I checked several places in the health/beauty section and in the baking section. Nothing.

On a much better note, though, I did quickly learn how to vape without getting light headed. I still think this liquid I got is too strong. Just a couple puffs and I am good for a while. I would like to be able to puff much more at a time so it is more like smoking an analog. At least I can deal with what I have until my DIY supplies arrive.
