If your right handed and holding the mods - How do people squonk on the metal reo and on the woodvil , seeing as the window is on the opposite side. Or are you meant to fire the woodvil with your index finger ?

With metal REO's I hold it in my left hand, I am right handed, and use my index finger or thumb on the button. To squonk I simply turn the REO so it lays on my fingers and use my thumb to squonk. Not a hassle or problem. It becomes second nature.

I can fire and squonk with either hand with NO problem at all!

Looks like I'd have to switch from firing with my right thumb on current mod to using right index finger , otherwise my palm is covering the window.
Though then the atomiser is on the end away from me.

You don't squonk and fire at the same time so the "squonk hole" can be covered when you are vaping. Just believe me, a simple little turn of the REO to squonk is not that big of a deal. I use either hand for any of my over 50 REO's. Have not run into a problem about the location of the squonk hole. See my avatar? I have a REO in hand.

I see with the latest up on site Rob has gotten his "Stabilized-On". 134 is looking good. Now that he got the process down and doing it himself he won't have to deal with those pesty annoying customers sending him their blocks anymore.

I imagine using the woodvil will be a lot like using my grand. My right index finger becomes the fire button molester instead of my thumb. Squonk operations are still handled by the thumb with a slight turn of the mod in my palm. The only problem I anticipate is switching back and forth between them because I know I will keep trying to fire my grand with my index finger after using the woodvil for awhile.

OT: Or back on topic? It's comforting to know I'm not the only one sitting here watching the woodvils roll onto the site with mouth and eyes wide open.

I use my metal REO's at work and my wood REO's at home. It is just something about the way the wood feels in hand that makes it easy to wrap those fingers around and your index finger automatically lands on the fire button. The feel of the REO let's me mentally know where my fingers need to go. NO thinking required. LOL!

I'm the same. I'm right handed; but I normally hold the Reo in my left. I squonk with my thumb, and use my index finger for the fire button. When I tilt the Reo to vape, the squonk hole is toward the right, and the fire button is at 12:00.

Good vaping,i have bought a wood REO's last week,i have tried some atomizer but not good feeling, which atomizer do you use now? can you give me some suggestion?

I only use the RM2. With any disposable atomizer you won't get the full flavor. I suggest a RBA for you. The RM2 is simple to coil. With the ceramic deck you don't have to worry about shorting the coil against it. It is all about the location of your coil, and your wick to get the best out of a RBA. The size of the airhole plays an important part also.
