WooHoo!!! Tomorrow will be 2 weeks without an analog! For the most part it has been extremely easy, but there were two days that I really itched for the taste of a real cig. I seriously need to find a flavor that tastes like a Marlboro for those kind of days. Any suggestions? The closest thing I have found so far is Hangsen RY4 that came as a free sample. Waiting for a bigger bottle to arrive as we speak. Now where is the postman???? lol

How much did you smoke and what nicotine content are you using in your juices now? I smoked over a pack a day and even 24mg nicotine juice seems kind of weak to me. But, the next level usually available in juice is 36mg, which I think would be too much.

I had smoked for 30 years and had gotten to 2 packs a day of Sonoma Full Flavor 100's which is similar to Marlboro's just cheaper. lol I'm using the 18mg nicotine which I'm thinking is perfect. It's the taste of a cig that I'm missing...not the nicotine..definitely getting nicotine.

Congrats to all of you....1 day cig free is great. After approx. 7 months w/o, I tried one (have a ton of them in the house (as I did RYO) and ugh!!!!, it was horrible & threw it out. Couldn't believe I smoked these things for 50yrs. BE PROUD!

I have smoked on and off (mostly on) for 38 years. Everytime I tried to quite, I would get so anxious, I ended of smoking more. Even talking about quitting made me panic. I have been tapering down the last week or so until I got enough supplies that I would not get stuck without an alternative. The KGO with a mix of butterstoch and vanilla sealed the deal!

No panic or anxious feelings! Yes!!

Alliebar - I wasn't planning on quitting, therefore there was no panic or anxiety - nobody knew, not even myself. I just found that I was enjoying my new pacifier more then my old enemies. On day 4 I washed out all the ashtrays in the house except the one I kept putting my ecig in (DUH) & that was basically the end or should I say the beginning. As they say "VAPE ON"!

Well done on giving up the bad boys.
Try the DK TAB for a cigarette flavour. RY4 (which I love) is tobacco like but sweeter with quite a strong caramel overtone.
DK TAB is a denser flavour. More like chocolate than caramel for want of a better description.
It's also a little "dirtier" tasting than other tobacco flavours which is a good thing if you are looking for a smokier flavour.
Some tobacco flavours are a little too refined for my liking.

For those serious cravings, you could try WTA. It contains a bit more of the alkaloids upon extraction of nicotine and it is probably about as close to an analog as you may find.

Hi! I'm coming up on two weeks myself and I was wondering if you all are experiencing that "everything tastes horrible" phase? Because I am!! The only thing I can Almost taste right now are the sweet ones, like bubblegum, and I've even added Extra Sweetener!! LOL
