Agree..... just glad all the forum is here on my screen. I am waiting for Verizon to show up this AM to figure out why I don't get certain channels on only one TV. Took me a week to convince them I was having problems.....
Verizon seems to try very hard to avoid sending out a human. I've been on chat numerous times as well as phone support. All no good. Now the human tech just called to say he is en-route....maybe a fix is on the way??
