"inside-out" is a common misconception re: microwaves (I'm a foodie & have reason to have researched...)
But... our planet's temperature regulation (ocean currents, jet streams, hurricanes, etc.) is indeed in a state of flux.
We happen to be alive during a flux period - that our species may have affected/effected.
We only know what we know, we don't know what we don't, and we infer much...
Remember... it was accepted fact at one point that the earth was flat.
We humans have an arrogance - born of self awareness - that should be frightening.
We assume that as current top predator, we're supposed to last forever on this planet.
In the great scheme of things - that we know absolutely - species come & go - so...
Right now, humans are to the earth what rabbits were to Australia... just a different time-line...
Sorry for the philosophical waxings...
