Hello this is Jeffrey from WordupEcig Super Store
As most of you know we have been in the midst of a big move and shipping was and has been delayed.
We had a 15% off sale to try and make up for the shipping delay.
Well we got our buts handed to us during that sale we had more than 2 to 3 times the amount of orders we thought we would get and that put us behind about 5 days we got about a months worth of orders in one Day we actually had to up the bandwidth on the store to accommodate the clients and surfers. To top it off we where trying to get set up in the new warehouse well that's hard to do when the company we hired to move our business 1500miles away, was 4 days late delivering our product so it was hard to process orders when the truck our product was on was about 800 miles away when it should have been at the new warehouse waiting for us. Talk about upset I have never been that made in my life, To top it off the phones where down for 5 days .
Any way to make a long story short we got are #&$*&% kicked and now are paying for it .
We have hired 2 more employees and are working 2 x 12 hour shifts to get all the orders out safely.
To try and make of for the delay all order placed between Nov 1st and Nov 12th will get a free 10ml bottle of e liquid on there n ext order please just let us know in the special instructions what flavor and strength (Up to 36MG)There is a note in every order!
So what I am trying to say is we are very sorry for any and all inconveniences this may have caused you or your loved ones we will do our best to try and make it up to each and everyone of you.
We usually ship withing 24 to 48 hours and I am sure there are a few people on this forum that can back me up on that in three years in business we have NEVER had a delay in shipping well anything more than 48 hours unless a special order.
Well I/we and the staff are very sorry and are working around the clock to get all order out.
Sorry for the bad English but I have been working 18 hour days for about 8 days I think sigh...

That's funny, because I placed an order during another one of your 'moves' at the end of Sept. (actually on Oct. 1st)...
You were so nice to me when I had only ordered a piece of hardware and wanted a sample of one of your juices, that I had decided to order some more of them at a later date. It wasn't until AFTER I placed my order that the website was changed to show a shipping delay which, had I known about, would have changed my mind about ordering at that time.
When I wrote to complain (and yes, I was a little upset), I was met with nothing but arguments and insults by one of your staff members and Laurin herself!! She even went so far as to say "Sorry to see you so up set over 26.00usd..."!! I had even included a couple of screen shots from the cached files of Yahoo's search engine, showing the pages on the dates in question, but she obviously had no clue as to what they were...
The order was eventually canceled, but I am on a fixed income and shop with a Debit card, so it was a hardship for me to have my money tied up like that!!

You went out of your way to help me on an order that was much smaller than that, and I would still like to try some of your juice sometime, but you might want to have a talk with your staff about customer service and diplomacy... :?:

I believe you wanted me to do something that I could not do.
When you placed your order we where not shipping and where out of town you wanted me to ship your product but I was out of town so it was imposable for me to do what you where requesting.
As for my employee some employee cannot hold there thoughts back when a customer is upset I am 100% responsible for there actions but I cant control it but I can discipline them (That Employee is no ,longer with us)
When you where told we could not do what you where asking you where upset which you have every right to be upset. I guarantee if your order did not get canceled you would have been more than happy with what I/we would have done to try and make this up to you.
Again I am sorry for your feelings I can not take back the fact that we could not meet your needs & the Actions of my employees.
But I hope I can make it up to you if you choose to order again or if you PM me with your info I will be more than happy to try and amend this issue.
Just so you know we have a program for our clients who are on a fixed income or need any kind of help or support. The price of the product goes by your fixed income.
What I can do is get you set up or if you do not want to I can try and pro rate your last order this would entitle you to a parcel refund.
Again I am truly sorry for not being able to meet all your needs and my employees actions.
Please PM me the emails that where sent to you that where argumentative and or insulting.

The screen shots you are showing where taken by Yahoo on 10\15
That means they where at my site on that date which means they will update again around 3 week to a month latter.
Google , Yahoo and all the other big search engines come to our site once every 3 weeks to a month.well during that time a lot can change.
That's why they call it Cached,if you go to yahoo now it will show a shipping delay notice but on my site that shipping delay is not there because yahoo was there on 11/15
so the screen shot you are showing will show only whats on that page for that 0.5 seconds the day they they took the pic.
Also the shots are of two different one is of the store and the other is of the site which they come on different dates.
