As most of you know we have been in the midst of a big move and shipping was and has been delayed.
We had a 15% off sale to try and make up for the shipping delay.
Well we got our buts handed to us during that sale we had more than 2 to 3 times the amount of orders we thought we would get and that put us behind about 5 days we got about a months worth of orders in one Day we actually had to up the bandwidth on the store to accommodate the clients and surfers. To top it off we where trying to get set up in the new warehouse well that's hard to do when the company we hired to move our business 1500miles away, was 4 days late delivering our product so it was hard to process orders when the truck our product was on was about 800 miles away when it should have been at the new warehouse waiting for us. Talk about upset I have never been that made in my life, To top it off the phones where down for 5 days .
Any way to make a long story short we got are #&$*&% kicked and now are paying for it .
We have hired 2 more employees and are working 2 x 12 hour shifts to get all the orders out safely.
To try and make of for the delay all order placed between Nov 1st and Nov 12th will get a free 10ml bottle of e liquid on there n ext order please just let us know in the special instructions what flavor and strength (Up to 36MG)There is a note in every order!
So what I am trying to say is we are very sorry for any and all inconveniences this may have caused you or your loved ones we will do our best to try and make it up to each and everyone of you.
We usually ship withing 24 to 48 hours and I am sure there are a few people on this forum that can back me up on that in three years in business we have NEVER had a delay in shipping well anything more than 48 hours unless a special order.
Well I/we and the staff are very sorry and are working around the clock to get all order out.
Sorry for the bad English but I have been working 18 hour days for about 8 days I think sigh...
