Did up my roughstack with some polishing compound, still some areas need some touching up but so far so good. It was pretty scuffed up when I got it from classys.

Yes, I used my dremel w/polishing wheel and compound. Idk about wet sanding, thats more for wood isn't it? The polishing kit I have has different levels of compound, for rough to fine - I just went straight to be fine blue compound.

I spent about an hour on it and it still needs some touch up in spots. Overall, def worth it - looks very classy :D . Only downside is it takes on fingerprints.

Wet sanding is good for removing machining marks from aluminum.

For RS I plan to cut the machining marks down w/ 380 grit.
Cut 380 grit marks w/ 500 grit.
Cut 500 grit marks w/ 800 grit.
Cut 800 grit marks w/ 1200 grit.
Cur 1200 grit marks w/ polishing compound and buffing wheel.

Can skip some steps if you don't have the paper it just takes more time.

You can probably water buff it to keep fingerprints off and make it a little less slick...maybe a urethane dip or spray (although that might not adhere well with the mirrored finish). (you may need to mask the top flat portion when doing the dip/spray to keep a hot atty from affecting the urethane and vice-versa)

I am betting that a little juice on the fingers will have you looking for it wherever it rolled to when you drop it. Looks dynomite though.
