I agree pre load pedalite lite for electrolytes and bananas for potassium hour pre workout.

I feel like vaping affects my oxygen intake mainly when running or in those last few reps. Its not as bad as smoking but I still feel gunk in my lungs. Before working out I try to hawk up as much crap outta my lungs as possible and take deep breaths.. Seems to help me get my workout started faster..

As for nicotine...I definitely feel the nicotine "reactivating" when I start to work up a sweat (30 mins into my workout)... I feel like the nic is affecting my bloodflow/heart-rate pretty negatively..

Oh and vaping is sooo nice after working out...probably pretty bad for you though..

Still, better than cigs!
