Ribbon is extremely frustrating to work with and i need to practice some more, but other then making staple coils this is my second time using layered Ribbon.

This is 24g N80 Claptoned with 36g A1 parallel wrapped with 6 layers stacked .8 Ribbon.

I had every thing perfect until the very last part the one piece of ribbon went Rogue, i later unscrewed the post a bit and pulled that rogue ribbon piece into place. far from perfect but it Ohms out about .15 .

at 85 Watts on Fresh batteries on a sig 150w w/Twisted messes Rda

Flavor: 9/10 I totally dig flavor when using Ribbon always fantastic

Ramp Up: 10/10 its a instant blast right at the press and you can take a nice long drag its very smooth

Density:7/10 Not as dense as a staple or my fused claptons but still very nice for tricks and thick clouds.

Vapor Production: 6.5/10 like the density its a step down from a fused Clapton but pretty decent 3ft clouds

Holding juice: 6/10 This coil EATS up juice 6-7 hits til i get a dry hit and have to rejuice

Difficulty: 8/10 Note making a clapton to me would be 3/10. Clapton portion is easy, the only REAL difficult part for me is managing Layered Ribbon, even taped the ends down, Coiling them can get really annoying because the ribbon wants to move and shift and you need very large post holes. tightening it down shifted the ribbon a lot and required a lot of adjustment.

few tips and tricks would be taping the ends down, and i used a lil bit of ejuice to get the ribbon to stick to each other a bit, i left a good amount of length on the ends and twisted them a bit to make it easier to guide into the post holes.

if any 1 has any tips for working with ribbon please share, im goin to re attempt this soon and try to clean it up a bit, too me it was a very sloppy build but still performs well.

Over all for a single coil, its a very pretty build for tasting new flavors. Takes up A LOT of space
Not a cloud chaser build, its more for flavor.

Lemme know what ya'll think.

Looking good.

For a more stable build try stapling the twist to the ribbon. also for added flavor try turning your ribbon edge. little harder to coil, but I think the juice gets inside the stacked ribbons a touch better. Here's my coil kinda like what I m talking about.... And yes, I wrapped the stapling wire the wrong way.. :)

Also to make it easier to wick, look at the left hand side of your coil and my coil. On yours the wrap comes from the bottom of your coil while mine is coming from the top. with it coming from the top of the coil you have more room for your wicking to bend and go down into the juice well of the RDA. With it coming from the bottom of the coil your wick tends to get a kink in it and juice may not wick up as easily. Something I learned from watching twistedmesses youtube vids.

Please dont take this as me being critical... Im not meaning it that way.
