Would The Bolt work with a Kick w/ extender?

Looking at getting an extender for the bolt I want to use 18650's kicked will that be enough room or would I have to get a longer sleeve or another, or will that simply not work ?

Yes it will work fine.

Don't forget to sand all contacts. I kick an 18650 Bolt and it's working great. After a couple days with the kicked bolt I wasn't feelng the love. I sanded both kick contacts and even scraped a little on the small spring. Also, sand the interior of the bolt where the spring will be in contact with the interior of the tube. Now it works like a champ.

Think about re-wiring it too. Mine lasted 2 days before the wire went to hell. You won't believe how small the actual wire is.

I used 220 sand paper and that is way too coarse in my estimation. I've read somewhere someone using a 1200 grit wet sandpaper to get a shiny finish.
