Hello everyone I am new to the vaping community and would be wondering if this would work.

[h=1]Kanger eVod Bottom Coil eGo Clearomizer @ 1.8 OHMs[/h]Joye eGo-C Twist Variable Voltage 650mAh Battery, set to either 3.2 or 3.4 volts

510 to [eGo] Adapter, to fit the pieces together.

that will work well except you do not need the 510 to ego adapter as the twist battery has the ego threads already

This^ What you have is a great basic setup! Evods are great, I am glad you chose to go with the bottom coil way and not get a stardust! Sorry ...I have a personal hatred towards stardust clearo's... YOU SHALL NEVER LEAK ON ME WHILE I DRIVE EVER AGAIN!!!!

The adaptor isn't needed. The battery has both ego (outside threading) and 510 (inside threading). Enjoy!

Make sure you include a few extra coil/wicks to change out when the one included needs changed.

A lanyard to go around neck so as it's portable, you may get one with it but sometimes you don't.
