WOW blanks draw too easy?

I recently purchased a bunch of the WOW blanks (sampler packs) and they seem to draw way too easy with too much air and not enough vapor. Has anyone else noticed this and if so what can I do to make them work better? I am considering trying to file a little bit off the battery end but want to know what you have tried. I also have cut the end off a condom and using it like a band around where the carto and battery join which helps somewhat.

Put a little piece of scotch tape ove 1 or 2 of the airholes at the carto/battery joint. that should help. When the draw gets too tight, open up a new hole. When the draw gets impossible, clean the battery.

I'm no expert, but I've found that working a needle around in the airholes on the battery, blowing through the open end, and wiping the threads with a paper towel with rubbing alcohol seems to help (manual batts, don't know about blowing out auto ones.) seems to improve the draw when they get a bit stiff

You need to be careful about blowing out the auto batts, but the rest of the cleaning is the same.

I recently found that using the WOW blanks with the older style batteries helps the draw and vapor production. It looks like a new life for my older batteries!
