Well I got my ego last Friday and haven't smoked a cig since. This not completely unusual for me, as i can usually stick a nic patch on and not smoke .
a quick question though..... I have been vaping 18mg., after 2-4 pulls, i find it too relaxing. it's like a total body stone. no sick feelings, just too layed back. I usually smoke players light 1 pack in 24hrs. is this the norm for vaping or....... ??
What if any ,can I dilute this juice with? I know there is a thread somewhere on this, but i can't find it.
Also what strength of juice do most of you canadian vaper's use ?
Thanks in advance folks, Walt

I usually use the 18mg when at work and only going out for a vaping break every hour or two. If I chain vape on it I find I get the body buzz. Normally I will switch to the 14mg or mix it down if sitting around vaping.

I picked up an extra cone and some nic free juice from happyvaper.com That way I could have two complete egos one I could load with nic juice and hit that instead of snacking. When I felt the need for some nic I would switch to the other one.

A quick and dirty method is find some USP grade VG. I picked some up at a health food store in my area. Keep in mind though when you cut it with straight VG or PG you will be cutting the flavor.

Another easy method is to find a supplier that will sell 0mg of whatever flavor you enjoy. Then it is pretty simple if you have a 18mg bottle and you split it 50/50 you end up with 9mg. Cut that again and you end up with 4.5mg.

It also depends on how you vape. I work at home most days in front of a computer so I am chain vaping and I drip so I keep mine around 8-12mg. At night or when I go out I switch to carts and a 18-24.

When I started hitting 24mg juice at 6v I stoned myself into nearly a coma state. Just me, my lazy boy, clouds of vapour and staring at the ceiling. I don't do that anymore. I cut my juices down to 12mg - 16mg, and for the last couple of hours before bedtime, I use zero-nic juices, otherwise I can't sleep.

I have never had a body buzz from e-cigarettes, interesting though that others do. I wonder if it's the juices I use? Or maybe my 12 years of 2 packs per day fried the Nicotine receptors in my brain? lol

Either way

The only issues I had when I was starting to vape was a coughing fit every time I'd try a new juice for the first time. I'm not sure why I'd choke out but it was always with the first puff of a new 18 mg bottle.

If your juice isn't giving you headaches, body pains or making you feel nauseous then you will be fine.

Starting e-cigs is like starting to smoke all over again so it's different for every person individually.

The nic from vapping will not hit you as quickly as a nic from a ciggette. It takes time to be absorbed into the blood stream. This can cause new users to over vape. I OD'd on the nic quite a bit that first week but vaping while wearing a patch, chewing nicorrette and mixing the ejuice in scotch is not recommended.

Oooh baby talk about free basing.

Nicotine is the drug we are addicted too, whilst the stimulus mind, and otherwise is provided from on of the other 3999 chemicals. Your body is getting its nicotine, but the brain is not being stimulated. It will all come together, don't fret. But learn to listen to your body.
