Besides good health.

Day 5 and I've finally figured out how to properly inhale off my pv. Wow just wow! vaping is an experience not a habbit... no wonder it's so easy for most people to switch over it's wonderful once you learn how to do it properly.

When I smoked it was to keep my hands busy, to combat a nervous fit, to pass the time while bored riding in the car but this... this is something you can actually savor and do because you enjoy it not just because.

I'm so glad I tried this and not only for the reasons that got me to try it.

it came pretty natural to me as well, but I also wanted to stop cigarettes, so I suppose that has a big influince as to the ease in which I stopped...

Wanting to stop played the biggist part in me switching ....because at first I was not impressed with vaping.....found out later that the taste of the primer was what turned me off........ but at soon as my attys were broken in...........I've loved it ever since....

Grats on figuring it out. Its "intuitive" for *some* people but certainly not all. Just curious, though, what did you change that made the difference?

(BTW, and OT, my 17 yr old son is named for Tyler, Tx :) )
That's cool I have a nephew named Tyeler (yeah the spelling is different). I started pulling slower and I hold in my mouth a minute (or second maybe)... then draw it into my lungs and when I exhale I do it through both the mouth and nose. Why it took me so long to find my groove I don't know but now that I have it's better than smoking ever was.

Congratulations on figuring out how to vape. What are you doing now that you weren't before? It might help others in your position to figure it out too.

Mainly I'm not pulling the vapor straight into my lungs... I don't know about everyone else but when I smoked it was pretty much straight through the mouth into my lungs... almost in a single action. I also generally just exhaled through the mouth with my smokes. Smoke didn't really taste all that great so there was no need to savor it...lol
