My noobie kit I recommend is buy 2 variable voltage egos (twist is great, I like vision spinners a lot) and a couple evods.
I tried a bunch and those were my favs and I still use them for sampling or vapes I can't do all day.
I was meh on pro tanks, but there are lots of variety because different people like diff stuff.
I recommend going to vape shop for starter liquids. I've always been a super taster and I'm picky and made mistake of ordering online and ended up with lots of juice I don't love.
Hit a local shop and buy 2-3 flavours in small bottles after lots of sampling.
Online gear is much cheaper however!
