I purchased a used Jazz Cartopipe from, the Classy's. It is my second Jazz. The pipe I bought is the older model with the older switch on it and 808 connection. Romaniac, the owner of Jazz, contacted the seller right after I bought it and told him to let the new owner of the pipe know he would upgrade the switch for the price of the return postage. Wow, that's awesome! So, I asked if he could upgrade it from 808 to 510 as well, and I would gladly pay for the upgrade. I get a PM shortly after I sent him the pipe, and Romaniac upgraded the switch and upgraded the connection, all for the price of return postage. WOW ! I didn't even buy this pipe directly from Jazz, and he still took the time to help me out with it at no charge. I have always loved my other Jazz pipe, and I love this one as well. Amazing customer service at Jazz !
