I just walked upstairs, and what did I see?

A box on the front porch.

I shock the neighbors by running outside in my PJs, grab the little box, and check the return address... Yep!! it's from Dawn!

I retreat indoors and open it, ready to love my second order as much as my first. The box gives me some trouble but I finally get the better of it and dump its contents on my coffee table.... Jackpot!!

Here's what I ordered (the 10 mLs were as a sampler pack).

10 mL Thin Mints (zero nic to dial back my thin mints when I wanna chain vape)
10 mL Red Hots
10 mL Sour Apple
10 mL Orange Sticks
10 mL Banana Cream
10 mL Ameretto Latte
20 mL Mallomars

My contest winnings:

30 mL Thin Mints (I actually DID win this one)
20 mL Thin Mints (I "won" this without even playing!)
20 mL Red Hots (ditto)

Extras Dawn threw in 'cause she loves us:

10 mL Raspberry Thin Mints
20 mL 50/50 VG/PG mix
3 mL Banana Split (I don't generally like bananas so I may not like these...)
3 mL Banoffe Pie (... but I said that about banana cream too)
3 3mL and 1 10mL dropper bottles
4 flower and 4 mini funnels
8 assorted pipettes
some of their business cards

WOW!! I don't know what to say, Dawn, other than THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Don't I need to send you more money? I feel like I got too much!

and so sorry for the POST OFFICE they are closed and some are going to find they are going ot have to wait until they open.. i am so glad i am here in las vegas..i am from chicago so i remembe rthe snowed in... but we can hope it goes away and everyone be safe.

Newb, so I can't start a new thread yet, but wanted to make mention of our amazing experience with Dawn! WOW... just wow is absolutely right!!!

My hubs and I decided to order for the first time as some good friends of ours recommended Dawn's flavors to us. There was a mix-up at the post office causing the original order to get hung up at the sort facility. I waited patiently for about 11 days before I figured it was probably safe to send an email and ask Dawn if there was anything that could be done to check on the order. (Having read the forums and the website, I didn't want to panic too early as I knew that she was changing up store hours etc... I didn't want to be one of those customers who freaks out for no good reason and chases her away for good...)

It took less than 24 hours for a response from Dawn who couldn't believe I had waited 11 days to email her to ask what was up. She thanked me for my patience but then noted that I was being ridiculous for not calling her sooner. She and George immediately re-packed a new order and had it sent out (with extras to boot) - and also included a note that if the original order ever actually arrived that we were welcome to keep that order with her compliments in addition to the re-make.

I cannot tell you how unbelieveably satisfied we are not only with these amazing flavors but also the superior customer service. I will never order from another supplier again unless forced to and cannot say enough how much we have come to appreciate these wonderful people and what they do!

An excerpt from the email sent today: "WOW!!! It is true what everyone says, your flavors are absolutely incredible and truly put to shame any other e-liquid we've ever tried! Your customer service is unparalled and we cannot tell you how much we appreciate your generosity! THANK YOU, DAWN & GEORGE!! You guys rock!!!"

Many, many thanks to Dawn and George - you've got new customers for life! :D

Glad you're feeling better.

A thought about the 3-days-open schedule. It would be great if, rather than closing the site, you could just disable purchasing/the shopping carts from Thursday through Sunday. That way window shoppers (like me) could look at what's available and anticipate ordering.

If it would involve programming, it wouldn't be worth the effort, of course.
