From Wikipedia:
historically described as a distilled, highly alcoholic (45–74% ABV / 90-148 proof) beverage. It is an anise-flavoured spirit derived from botanicals, including the flowers and leaves of Artemisia absinthium (a.k.a. "grand wormwood"), together with green anise, sweet fennel, and other medicinal and culinary herbs. Absinthe traditionally has a natural green colour but may also be colourless. It is commonly referred to in historical literature as "la fée verte" (the green fairy). Although it is sometimes mistakenly referred to as a liqueur, absinthe is not traditionally bottled with added sugar, and is therefore classified as a spirit. Absinthe is traditionally bottled at a high level of alcohol by volume, but is normally diluted with water prior to being consumed.

It was illegal in the USA for awhile because it was thought to have hallucinogenic effects along with the alcohol. That myth was debunked and it is available. Magic Fairy is the alternative to Mad Murdock's Pluid (since Pluid is hard to get). They have similar flavorings but taste different overall.

I'm still trying to figure out what flavor it is...some sweet fruity like thing......I like it whatever it is. The licorice is not overpowering at all...at least not to me....it's a very pleasant sweet taste...hmmmm.....I never have been a big fan of licorice, but I don't dislike it either. This is a good vape.

The flavor is actually like one of the medical syrups. I can't recall the name of that, but my friend did remember it and found it even :)
Not saying it's bad or anything, flavor is amazingly strong and cool in this juice.

I've got no idea what taste is real absinthe or other vendors ejuices tho, so nothing to compare to :)

I did have to rewick dripping rba because of this flavor... it was still there after washing it 3 times, I think it would pair very nicely with vodka :)

Just finishing up my 1st bottle of this quite pleasing vape. When I first got it I took a sniff and thought of Vicks vapo(lol)-rub. After some steeping and not too much time it settled into a sweetish licorice a l'absinthe and...orange citrus notes-a real favorite now.
As I was just about to re-order I saw they created a new take on this called "Black Fairy" whick is absinthe++and blackberry. Until Pluid is available, I will continue with GF and report back on BF.

As far as being touted as a good Pluid alternative, I'm sorta glad(sad) I've never had the latter as all the devotees say it's definately better. In this case, ignorance is bliss :2c:

Honestly, I like them both. I give the edge to Pluid but really liked Magic Fairy.
