Dale from Vixen Vapor was the man!!!

he actually talked to me the whole time i was ordering helping me out on how much pg/vg and flavoring i should do. i told him what i liked and he coached me through it to get what i wanted.. what can i say not many supplyer's will take the time to have convo with you while you are browsing through their site... A++ for customer support. I can't wait to try his juice out and the fact of giving the flavor lover's to option to double or triple the flavor's is another wow... awsome guy. will post reviews when juices come in

I had the same awesome experience with Dale at Vixen Vapors. I placed my order last night (sunday) and accidentally seleced 20%pg and 80%vg when I wanted just the opposite. I sent him an email about it and he called me back first thing the next morning!

Come to find out, he lives about 2 minutes away from me and had the juice ready for me in 5 minutes!!!
I am going to go pick it up here in a few hours so I will report back with my results once I get back home.

I think I just found my new juice supplier...

Kudos from me as well. Had a mix-up on part of my very first order. Replaced my items, upgraded an item to 30ml and gave me a 30ml for free for my trouble. Excellent customer service. Add to that, his flavors rock!
