I got my kit today, thank you so much Dawn!
There is so much in the box I don't see how it all got in there lol
Anyone considering ordering from Dawn , you won't be disappointed.

The customer service is so far beyond anything I've ever encountered.
She was extremely generous in my order and went way, way far and above to fix a small issue I had. It made my day and made me forget about the horrible week I've been having.
I'm seriously loving everything, I don't think I can touch the chinese stuff ever again lmao :D Dawn's liquid's are absolutely the bomb! Raspberry Thin Mints and Banoffee=:w00t::thumbs:
She's spoiled me rotten and I want no other eliquids now but hers and I'll be back again and again.
A true sweetheart and a lovely lady I hope will be around for a very long time with her fabulous kits and delicious flavor's that I can't say enough good things about her and all the goodies she carries.

that means s o much to me.. as I am having a email bix full of emails about me closing the store for time to make and get the orders out.

I think this is the only way i can remain open and get out the amount of orders i get in a resonable time span.. I was just bout to get 10000 child proof bottles and more tobaccos in but maybe me being closed i s going to be an issue. and then i read posts like this and i want to keep the store open.. but i need a little bit of a life and i am not too well and i need rest.

so thank you for posting a reason for me to keep going.

Keep the new hours of operation. Post the new hours on your front page and stick to them. You have a wonderful ability to mix great flavors and customer service that surpasses all others! Give yourself a limit on orders, a daily number and stop all orders at that number. We do not want an unhealthy nor unhappy Dawn. You must have not only time off but, you must be able to stop and have Dawn and family time.
Oh-the sweet coffee-----Oh my goodness, it's really good and the vapor is outta this world! Thank you Dawn, please take care.

I agree Dawn you need to take care of you! I am excited about my DIY kit order I placed on Thursday. I have also read all your glowing reviews and I am more than willing to wait for a amazing product but also the wonderful customer service that comes with it. To me that speaks volumes. I have not even received my order yet and I already know I will be back with more orders!

Those are some good idea's to set a certain # of orders a day and then rest time.
And quality is worth waiting for! I think all of us understand , stand firm to any that may give you a hard time.

The Banoffee Pie sample is all gone, it was that good. Big bottle of that going on next order :thumbs:
The sweet coffee is just awesome, you really can nail these flavors down exactly!
I hope I can do even half as well mixing with my new kit. :p

I have to chime in and agree on customer service and product quality. She accidentally forgot to remove the discount on my order and emailed me right away. I was given several options from going through the process of reprocessing the cc payment, which can be a real pain in the..., to extra flavors totaling more than the discrepancy to a future discount. I took some extra flavors and she threw in an extra I didn't ask for plus the free samples including the thin mints I wouldn't have ordered but is now one of my favorites.
All I ask is if you ever do close shop, you offer us a recipe book for your flavors.

trust me dawn, NOONE will stop ordering from you because of hours or wait times. Especially not any of the customers who have already ordered from you once. Just look at the Juicebox, theres a 6-7 week wait to get that thing but the people in line to order one stretches a mile.
Yup I'm in that line ;)

Wouldn't mind if I had to wait for Dawn's stuff either. :pop:

I agree Dawn, you need to set a limit for # of orders per day and stick to that. Don't let yourself get run down where you can't even enjoy Mr. Lovee. Your products and customer service are definitely worth a little longer wait. NO ONE is going anywhere. We're all right here, backin' ya' up sister. I am almost out of Red Hot and have to have more, plus a few other things.

Dawn, being able to say 'No" and "Stop" are very important talents to have. Overwhelmed people can't get anything done at all. Everyone should be grateful that you didn't decide to just quit altogether. That would have been a tragedy.

Have you considered hiring help? You have the recipes, which is the important thing. You could make up a bunch of huge bottles and hire someone to put them in little bottles and take them to the post office. Though you'd have to look long and hard for someone who wouldn't skim some of their favorite flavors off the top. LOL I'd be like "One bottle of red hot for the customer, one bottle of red hot for me." :)

I have no problem waiting until Monday to place an order - but I do like to window shop. So if you could just close the shopping cart, but let me browse the site on the weekends, that would be great.

I bet you never imagined that you would be one of the most popular juice vendors on ECF.

I would like to see this, too. The only reason I haven't yet tried Dawn's juices is because every time I go to browse the site and possibly place an order, I can't lol! I just tried to browse again and it's closed, so I came here to get more information.

Yes, Dawn, you DO need to balance work and life. Imagine the clamoring if you had to fold up shop permanently because you were too overwhelmed! :shock:

I'll try to browse the site at a later date. :)
