I make no claims to be a expert reviewer. I am primarily a Carto user and thus I may find a considerably different profile than many hardcore Atty users.
I primarily vape tobacco flavors and when given the chance to taste some new "house Brew" flavors for review I jumped at it.
Both are 50/50 12 MG juices
( I should note before the reviews that I typically vape 24 MG )
Wrangler Light-
This is a completely clear juice. Aroma upon opening is somewhat reminiscent of a strong chemical. I could not easily profile the juice with smell. I loaded up a 901 2 ohm carto and tossed it on my Buzz Pro
I primarily vape around 4v so we were in that range. Upon inhale I was pleasantly surprised that none of the smell translated to the juice. It had a clean flavor and was in no way unpleasant. The best way I can describe this flavor is somewhat analog. It has the flavor of a pleasant analog and is not overpowering. In many ways it reminded me very much of VS Tampa. For me thats a good thing as Tampa is in my top 10. Exhale was smooth and did not leave any chemical aftertaste.
I tend to place juices in two categories. Flavor or performance. I found WL to be a performance juice. It knocks down cravings, Has good vapor, and a reasonable TH for a 12mg sample. Looks like Wrangler Light may find a spot in my rotation
Hickory Cure-
Upon opening this juice I immediately became worried. The hickory smell permeated the room. I quickly envisioned vaping liquid smoke and went into this with doubts. I again loaded this into a 901 carto at 2ohms. First draw showed a robust tobacco ( not sure what tobacco as I was never really a tobacco connoisseur) blended with a light flavor of hickory. Surprisingly it was not bad. The flavor had a natural feel to it and I felt like they complimented one another quite well. I certainly did not expect such a combination to have a balance. Exhale was earthy with a hint of smoke perhaps. Overall not a bad flavor. Jury is still out on whether I would purchase this one again.
The juice performed on par for a 50/50 blend with good vapor and TH. I found this one middle of the road in regard to my performance/ flavor categories. All in all a good utility juice that does its job in both categories but dosent shine in either.
I would consider both a worthy purchase for tobacco vapers.
