Wrong batts, used atties, wierd juice, wtf???

I just got these in the mail, and I'm a bit upset!

1.) I ordered the XL Jets, even says so on my order form/packing slip. But the instructions saythey're 650 mAh batteries. They're supposed to be 900 mAh batteries! That's why I payed the extra $10.

2.) The inside of both atty's are wet! The kit looks brand new other than this. Was I sent a used set? Do these get tested before shipping, resulting in left over juice?

3.) In addition ordered some juice, and recieved 2 extra 10ml bottles of something. They both say PG vanilla extract, but taped on, one says "GSH-sh" and the other says "POLARM-sh". What are these? Do I have to mix these with my 5ml bottles that I ordered?

Attys come with a primer that tastes rly bad, I usually blow threw it to get it out, but prob. why they look wet? As far as the juices, never ordered from them before, but many vendors throw in a free sample. I have never seen a vendor make you mix bottle A with bottle B, so I doubt that's it, prob. A sample like I said...but I would certainly contact vendor!!

Alright, well that makes a little sense I suppose. Is the RY4 supposed to taste like burnt marshmellow? Or is that the primer?

I think "polarm-sh" = polar mist super high. But I have no idea what "GSH-super high" is.


I'm still upset about the battery issue though, I just opened a ticket on their website.

They will probably be 900mAh as the instruction manual is printed as default with 650mAh batteries.
It appears they didn't print other versions.
To check, measure it -
Total length of Janty eGo-T XL, with 900mAh battery, atomiser and Tank cartridge - 14.3cm

The Tank atomisers come packed with primer liquid.
As Krisb says, most people blow it out before first use, as it doesn't taste great.

Janty USA are giving away free bottles of liquid with larger orders atm.
The POLARM-sh is Polar Mint flavour super high 24mg.
The GSH is the Sahara flavour (Golden Sahara).
PG is propylene glycol, the primary base of the liquid; and vanilla extract is part of the ingredients.

So in short, it sounds like your order is perfectly in order, and you've got a couple of freebies as well!

When I got my JETS XL set in the mail last Sat. I had no idea what I had because it is my first e-cig. I did read the ECF for about two months before I pulled the trigger. I read the purchase order and called the toll-free number that I used to order it with. All my questions were answered and the missunderstanding that occured was taken care of right away. In other words, I avoided getting myself frustrated by just making a phone call. Life is good.

I'm still just a great big noob at this. They are definitaly 900mHa batteries.. just had one last all freaking day, vaping constantly.

This item rocks, and I'm sorry if I came off a tad bit negitive. I was just worried about spending so much money on a company I had just learned about, and then the instruction manual telling me I got something I didn't order didn't help.

Advise.. Have some new instructions printed up so nobody else looks as dumb as I do right now.

See, most of us have been at it for quite some time so we don't notice things that might confuse new vapers. You didn't start calling Janty thieves and whatnot. You were confused so you asked questions. That's a healthy response. And Janty should learn from this - maybe they should publish a "It's my first e-cig" guide on their site?

Glad you like Ego JETS, I'm still on regular Ego and I'm loving it. Oh, and I'm a geek so USB batts are my dream come true.
