Wrong Liquid?

Just a question for someone from FSUSA. My mother in law just received her shipment which included the espresso. She said the liquid was clear. Is this normal?

We both ordered the Key Lime and found that it has little flavor and it's dark which we both find odd considering the Lime oils are clear.

Could there be a problem with the shipment?

Yup did that - was hoping to get some feedback from the group on this too since we'd never ordered these flavors before. Didn't want to be too 'stinky' about it if it was just us.

Did you taste it yet? I can tell you that FA has made some recent changes to their flavorings and some that used to be dark are clear. I recently got some FA flavorings and was very surprised at the difference in color but the flavor is still as good as ever.

Yea I found that out as well. My Mother in law lives 1200 miles away so can't taste it. She's letting it steep for the weekend though. The others that I have which logic tells me should be clear are steeping as well for the weekend. If they end up being weaker than I like, I can always spike them with a bit extra Lorann's that I have around
