Hi all. I just received a shipment from a liquid supplier I haven't used before. I don't want to say who yet as If it isn't there product, but instead my hardware or some other factor I don't want it to reflect negativley on them. A long story short I received a shipment of liquid today, the most i've ever purchased at once before, and when i went to try out the flavors the taste on all six different bottles had a heavy chemical taste to it. I blew out my atomizer and cleaned the PTB filler out in the sink that I was using before I tried it, I also only dripped directly on the atty for the first bottle. My question I guess is between suppliers could there be an interaction of residual ingredients if I'm trying supplier A's liquid after i've been using supplier B? Just to be clear that is the same atty I was enjoying my previous liquid on and it tasted great.

There's likely a degree of probability of some interaction but if you cleaned out the atty and filler as you said, and what you had before was good, then I think the possibility is quite narrow and I'd contact the vendor and explain your situation and ask for some consideration on the matter. I find most of the vendors in our suppliers forums are pretty good about something like this. They can't sample everything that goes out. And there have been cases of 'bad batches' before.
