Wrong Tracking Number?

Hello, I ordered from you guys on November 7th and it was sent off the next day, but I still cant track my package so I am wondering if you guys gave me the wrong tracking number? I have ordered from you before and had no problem tracking my package so I am not sure what the problem is, I sent a email a couple days ago but got no response so I though I would ask here.....

So if it's not showing up here: EMS or here: https://trkcnfrm2.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/index.jsp then one of you definitely made a typo or they haven't scanned it at any stage which seems highly unlikely. It's already Saturday morning in China but you see them answer forum questions at all hours and days of the week so good luck!

My 11/17 order is showing up already as dispatched from China on both tracking sites.

I am sorry that your order shipped last week was greatly delayed because our customs inspected packages carefully due to the Asian Sports Game. your order has been returned to us because they found liquid inside it. we will resend it out asap and it will be trackable in 1-2 day.

not all orders will be resent with new tracking numbers. if you do not get a new tracking number, you can track the current number in 1-2 days.

I had a similar problem, China Mail admitted even having my parcel only after more than a week. I sure hope things will get better again after Christmas …

I am glad to inform you that shipping via china airmail is back to normal from Nov. 15. only some orders via china airmail were greatly delayed because of inspection by our customs. all of them have been resent with no problems.

I am glad to inform you that shipping via china airmail is back to normal from Nov. 15. only some orders via china airmail were greatly delayed because of inspection by our customs. all of them have been resent with no problems.

Good to hear it won't take until Christmas until things get better - it's slightly annoying, but not a very great problem for me at least. I am fairly well stocked these days

However, what I don't understand is why customs are so extra carefully checking packages going out of China and what that has to do with the Asian Sports Games. Just curious …
