There are a few Canadian sites selling disposable e-cigars at reasonable prices ($18 is the cheapest), but the shipping costs, upwards of $15, are ridiculous for such small packages. Anybody know a decent site with reasonable shipping, or do you have any to offer? 0-nic is highly preferred since I just want to puff on them like a real cigar and don't need the nic fix.
