Hey all
I was just on a website (new vendor) checking out their holiday sale and looking for cartomizers. I was just cruising and checking prices while I looked and came upon their filled cartridges. They state that you can get 180-200 puffs out of each one.
I have never, ever, ever gotten anywhere near that amount from mine when I fill them so I was scratching my head and wondering am I doing something wrong or is this vendor full of it??? I even cut down the amount of filler in my cart so I can put more drops in so I can vape longer.
So chime in here and help me out please!

Won't happen, even if you were taking the smallest puffs in the world I don't think you can manage this. The little carts that came w/ my health e cig (don't buy this product, lol) said the same thing and they are at least half the size of my 510 and I manage probably 30-50 on a full cart depending on how long I draw for. EDIT: and that's on my 510 w/ pyramid tea bag mod...

YOU are doing nothing wrong...

The vendors of these products that make these claims are the ones in the wrong. They are wrong for not understanding the concept of truth in advertising.

This is above all one of my biggest gripes with the e-cig industry. Ludicrous claims that are the cannon fodder for groups like the FDA, and IMO will likely cause if not already causing back lash for us as users.

I saw several sites today advertising that "one cart = a pack of cigs" and im sure we've all seen other places claiming absurd "puffs per cart" ratios

False advertising is a form of propaganda in and of itself... unfortunately, this particular misleading information could easily be turned around on US at some point and WE will be made to pay for their claims.

This is exactly what I was thinking that the vendor was totally full of it and was providing misleading information. I have been vaping for about 6 weeks now and do not pretend to know it all but I was sure that was not the case or I had been doing something terribly wrong!
It really irritated me that this was a new registered vendor on this forum. When I see a vendor offering such misleading info I often wonder what else is puffed up on their website? Honesty and good customer service go far in my humble opinion and that was not something I wanted to see on my first view of his website.

Sadly, the e-cigarette industry is still establishing itself, which means there are a lot of unscrupulous vendors out there that'll say ANYTHING to get you to buy. I swear, I think a couple of these guys sold me used cars in the past.

I've been lurking on this forum for awhile now: the info passed around here has helped me greatly and has steered me towards good products and excellent vendors.

I may be misunderstanding this conversation. But this is my experience. I have a white cloud. They come with prefilled cartridges. I haven't counted puffs but one cartridge will last me about 1.5 days. I was a 2.5 pack/day smoker. Their cartridges are expensive but they last a long time with good vapor at the full strength. Another thing they claim is long lasting battery with quick charge time. That is true also. This is the third brand I have tried and is the best so far.

Frisco I am not familiar with the White Cloud model you are using. The cartridges that I was speaking of were the ordinary 501 cartridges that you can purchase prefilled or fill on your own. I know of no way to get that much use out of one. I surely wish I did it would be much less expensive to do this if so!

wow... how often are you puffing? i direct drip 99% of the time.. carto the other 1%.. i have in the past used carts w/ the Blue foam dart mod.. and i get 15ish drops into a cart.. that cart lasts me maybe 45min tops if i take it easy on it... i vape roughly 3ml of juice per day direct dripping (for reference)

When dripping, I get 3 maybe 4 good drags/drip.
When filling a 510 cart, I get about 12 drops. Using the Blue Foam Dart mod, it pretty much drains the cart dry.

So yeah, maybe 50 drags/cart.

Id say this is pretty close to where im at when using a cart. and almost spot on accurate as far as puffs per drops while direct dripping. (i also use LR atty's for DD'ing) (standard atty when i use a cart)

I don't even get that and I don't know why. I like the BFD method, but I fill my cart up and use it and vape it pretty much dry but I (I'll have to count to be sure) don't get anywhere near that many puffs on a 510 cart.

Do you mean that you guys actually count how many puffs / drops per cart or per hour or whatever?

That to me takes away from the enjoyment..

The only means I have to keep track of or "count" how much I'm using is..
I've gone through roughly 120 (give or take 10) ML in 62 Days.
So I'm doing Roughly 2 ML per day.

I couldn't care less how much per cart. Just refill as required and go about your day.

the purpose here wasnt to determine how much one should be getting or even how much one does get puffs per drop etc...

The OP's intent was to question the false advertising of a product that as it looks is being sold by a "registered" supplier here @ ECF. reread the thread title.

While i agree with you to an extent.. counting and keeping track can be an arduous task. I personally think that it is good to have an idea of how much you are consuming. for many reasons... keeping track of how much juice i need to order... am i "over" doing it.. is my pv gear underperforming.. etc..

I actually counted last yr when I started cause I knew they were BS when they told me 2 packs = 1 cart. I got about 150 drags off a white cloud carto. one pack of smokes for me was roughly 240 drags. So yes thier cartos lasted the same amount as everyone elses at the time. I don't care to count puffs any longer so I havent tried it since starting to vape again.
I still have one working battery from White cloud but I refuse to buy thier stuff now, it was so long ago I got the one battery left that they didn't even have thier logo on them yet. It is an 808 model. Not sure what they have now, they wont let me really look at it at the mall cause they don't like that I argue with them.
