WTH?! Vapables has deleted all threads on their forum????

Yep, those I saw....still doesn't explain the disappearing act without a word to their customers! And, from my perspective, lying to customers, or at the very least, not following through.

Not taking sides but I wonder if there are legalities involved with continued contact with customers?

It's an undesirable situation, for sure, but don't be so quick to jump to conclusions and get yourself worked up.

Two days after you paid, it was shipped. You didn't get a tracking number before the weekend, and by monday you're in a panic? Relax a bit, I say :)

If you can't get them to respond, chop it up to poor customer service and move on to other suppliers. I'd be very surpirsed if they lied about shipping. Either way you'll find out. There's no sense speculating about the worst case scenerio considering you order it what...5 days ago?

Please settle down and think what all is involved with what has transpired here..... I can only imagine how stressed and over burdened they must be with having to alter their entire business structure base to appease HC and avoid more strict actions. This isn't wallmart, its a tiny self owned business getting kicked in the .... by the big bad guys.

I am 100% sure your order will have shipped if Rob said it shipped. I'm also 100% sure that provided CP doesn't screw up the shipment (which appears to be the norm lately) you will receive it shortly or Rob will return your monies.

Jumping to conclusions (although human nature), and speculating will not help matters after such a very short period of time during a small business nightmare.

Also note, NO vendors are allowed to respond in the the open forum about business matters. So either post in his sub (which I think is pointless now I imagine), or send another email "respectfully" asking whats going on with your shipment and tracting (in case it was lost in the website updating for whatever reason) and sit tight.

Rob is an honest "for the communtity" individual, and would never leave "anyone" short or hanging intentionally.

If worse comes to worse, I'm sure a moderator may look into the situation should it become necessary.

I had a $200 order from vapables delivered to the wrong house by Canada Post, the tracking said "delivered" but someone else had signed for it. I informed Rob and even though he had no proof that my order was not delivered, he offered to ship another $200 order ASAP on the basis that I would return the original order should it arrive or pay for it if i wanted to keep it. Rob is an honest guy and you have NOTHING to worry about.
