Our site is currently down for some reason We have contacted our hosting company and are doing everything we can to resolve the issue.

We'll be back up and running again soon!

Not what I would call a good reply but thought I'd let you know the state of play so far:

"Hi, all of our services are up and running fine. However, I believe there may be national peering issues in the UK at the moment which is affecting major sites. This is most likely the reason as to why you are unable to reach your site."

If anyone can enlighten me as to what "national peering issues" might be that would be great as I'm clearly not getting very far with the host

'talking' issues I guess, just dumb IT types who shouldn't be in tech support I know this is probably old news to you but the website is working fine now for me, I really love the 901 black, I am buying it next week from you!!
