I placed my order on May 3rd 2014.
Today is June 8th 2014, and still no shipping notification, and no response from the supplier to my two inquires that I
sent so far via email.


My first email was sent on May 5th 2014 and the second one was on May 22nd 2014.


At one point I started to think it was a scam (remember that I didn't know what I know now about this vendor) that's the reason why I actually signed up to ECF and I posted this thread on the new members forum:

Then I came to the realization that it is not a scam, and other people had the same issue with the supplier, because the supplier have health issues and personal issues, etc.


I could understand that the supplier has personal issues, I am sorry for that, I wish him the best.
But what I don't understand is why keep the website up like there is no problem.
Why there is no communication?
Why not put a disclaimer about that on the website so people would know about all of that and they will know what to expect in terms of very slow processing time before their order is even shipped.


If the owner can not handle all of that on his own because of his issues, then someone else should take over or take the website down or at least let the customers know a head of time.
Because on this website it says allow 8-10 days for processing/mixing time, it says that on the shipping section.
I placed my order based on that 8-10 days waiting period before an order is actually shipped.
Well, that's just not true, we are way beyond that time, it's over 35 days now for me, and still no order to be shipped insight.


I have decided to wait, because it has been so long already to cancel the order, so might as well wait more, to get that superb NET eliquid.
And it's a shame, because so many people talk about how their NET eliquid is really so good and it's worth waiting for, a few people mentioned that on my other post on the other thread that I mentioned above.

I would be fine with just receiving a response to my inquiry about the shipping time, if they tell me your order is going to be shipped in such and such time, then that will be fine so I know how long to wait for it.


I hope to hear from the vendor soon.
Please anyone with a previous experience with this vendor can respond to this post.
